Self-Pay Rates
Transparent Fees, No Surprises
Self-pay is an option for patients who would prefer to pay directly instead of using insurance. These are our self-pay rates for telehealth visits.

Payment is due at the time of service. Reach out if cost is a barrier. No-show and forms fees apply to all patients, including those using insurance.

Why Consider Self-Pay?
Self-pay is an option, not a requirement. It means you pay Compassionate Care Integrative Psychiatry directly for your visit instead of using your insurance plan. Some patients prefer it for these reasons.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including HSA/FSA cards.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a $75 late-cancellation fee. Missed appointments are billed the same $75 fee.
Forms & Letters
Requests for forms and letters are billed at $25 per 10 minutes of Alyssa's time.
Receipts for Insurance & HSA Claims
We always provide receipts (“superbills”) for insurance and HSA claims. Reimbursement is decided by your plan and is not guaranteed, so please check your benefits.
Your Right To A Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of what your care is expected to cost if you don't have insurance or choose not to use it.
You can ask for an estimate when you book or before you book. We will give it to you in writing, on paper or electronically, within the timeframe required by law.
Please keep your estimate. If your final bill is at least $400 more than the estimate, you have the right to dispute it.
